10 years of Local Led Development
We are now concluding the activities funded through the EU program Local Led Development 2014 – 2020. Despite the name, the program started in 2016 and will conclude in October 2025.
During the period, 75 projects have been implemented – with great diversity but with a common denominator – that they have all emerged from local initiatives. Together, the projects have strengthened local engagement, collaboration, and future confidence in our leader area. This has therefore become the theme of our closing folder that summarizes the ten years of rural development.
In the folder, you will find:
- Presentations of selected projects
- A complete project list
- Results in brief
- Information about the added values of Leader
Digital folder – Leader 10 years – read and print
We want to extend a warm thank you to all of you enablers – you who have contributed with funding, ideas, engagement, and implementation power during these ten years.
At the same time as one program period concludes, the next is already underway Leader Gästrikebygden 2023-2027. The staff and board of the Leader association look forward to continuing the development journey together with you who want to develop your place and contribute to vibrant rural areas.
